Setting up an AVC coder and assessing its performance.
ACC and Dolby D (AC3) sound coding for HD broadcasting.
Broadcasting with Transport Stream (DVB-S and DVB-T).
Blu-Ray disc distribution.

Good prior knowledge of MPEG-2.
